Fright Nights – the hugely popular season returns to THORPE PARK Resort with a The Walking Dead theme (5th October – 31st October)

This latest announcement from the Resort confirms the long rumoured re-theme of X with plans for the rollercoaster’s transformation first submitted in December 2017. As well as the physical re-theme of the ride, there have also been changes made to the ride restrictions with it now carrying a height limit of 1.4m and an age restriction stipulating riders must be 13 or over. It is thought this is due to the strong horror theme of the new attraction as opposed to any changes to the ride hardware itself.
